Fir Bolg was created in 2006 with the only member Dagoth, officiating in the guitar, the bass and singing. Other instruments were being played by session musicians.
During the course of the year 2006 Dagoth entered the Harkam Azilum Studio to record a demo containing 4 titles called "Paganism".
In summer 2008 the MCD was pressed to 500 copies.
Dagoth then made a Line-Up of live sessions and Fir Bolg made the first scenic performances through France to promote the MCD.
In June 2009 Fir Bolg pointed out by the German label Schwarzdorn Production and signed the first contract to re-release the demo “Paganism" with a new packaging to make a larger European promotion.Line-Up:
